Order Processing

All orders are prepared and dispatched on the next business day following the date of purchase.

• Orders placed Monday through Thursday are dispatched the following business day.
• Orders placed on Friday are dispatched on Monday.
• Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Deliveries are available Monday through Friday only.

Delivery Within Ottawa and Kanata

• Free delivery is available on orders of $500 or more before tax.
• Orders under $500 before tax are subject to a flat $30 delivery fee.

Deliveries Outside Ottawa and Kanata

Deliveries outside Ottawa and Kanata are charged at $0.50 per kilometre. The charge is calculated for the complete round trip—from Aluseal to the delivery address and back.

The applicable delivery charge will be calculated based on the delivery location and confirmed before dispatch.
